Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase assuming the item is being returned in the same condition it was sold. Refunds cannot be issued if the item was known to be faulty or damaged in some way at the time of purchase.
Shipping & Delivery
Hand delivery in Paris is available by appointment. Worldwide shipping is arranged on request and quoted by email ahead of purchase, taking into account packing, insurance, and destination.
Payment Terms
Payment is by bank transfer, arranged by email following your enquiry. Full payment is required before an item is shipped or handed over. An invoice will be issued for each purchase.
